Merle’s has great pulled pork and burgers. I’ve never had ribs there, but I’m sure they are good. What I love about the burgers is the spices they put into the beef patty. It is sooo delicious and fresh tasting. I haven’t been back to Merle’s in awhile but I plan to go soon!
I went to Merle’s recently for Happy Hour. It was a Wednesday, so I took advantage of the wing special. Over all, not that impressed for a place that advertises their wings. I appreciated the smoked flavor, but there’s only three styles, and their hottest is not really that hot. I think they like to advertise big instead of advertising honestly. In my opinion, the size of their wings was pretty similar to that of Buffalo Wild Wings. My friends and I decided that while we didn’t dislike it, we didn’t love it either.
